1). 肿瘤细胞代谢:原癌基因cMyc在肿瘤细胞糖、脂类及氨基酸代谢中的调控作用及其分子机制;肿瘤细胞的代谢改变在肿瘤发生发展中的作用。

2).干细胞命运的调控:研究原癌基因cMyc调控的非编码RNA对干细胞命运的调控;原癌基因cMyc对干细胞能量代谢的作用及其机制研究。
