   半自动机器学习ChIP-SeqRNA-Seq数据分析算法开发。

   干细胞染色体结构和繁殖分化的关系。

 

美国卡内基研究所.胚胎系/霍华休斯医学研究所

 

   使用遗传学和高通量分子生物学方法研究染色体结构如何调节胚胎干细胞繁殖与分化。

   发现确定全新的细胞有丝分裂纺锤体检查点(SAC)调节蛋白BugZZfp207)和其功能研究。

   发展体内干细胞染色体结构研究急需的超灵敏高保真表观遗传学展示技术。

   研究Notch信号通路在晶状体发育过程中如何调节细胞周期进展和前体细胞分化。

   发展新颖的遗传学技术进行体内细胞世系示踪。
