教育背景

1978-1982 厦门大学生物系念本科,获得学士(B.S.)学位,并于82年初考取首届CUSBEA留美项目

1982-1988 美国洛杉矶加州大学(UCLA)医学院生物化学系念研究生,进行细菌中细胞色素P-450基因克隆、功能性表达及调控机制研究,并获得博士(Ph.D.)学位

1997-1998 美国康乃尔(Cornell)大学商学院念研究生,并获得商业管理硕士(MBA)学位

工作经历

1988-1990  美国斯坦福(Stanford)大学医学院分子药理系博士后,从事人体细胞色素P-450基因表达调控机制研究。

1990-1993  新加坡国立大学分子和细胞生物学研究所(IMCB)研究员,从事细胞凋亡分子生物学研究。

1993-1995 厦门大学生物系副教授,肿瘤细胞工程国家重点专业实验室分子生物学研究组主任,从事细胞死亡和骨形成蛋白相关基因的克隆及功能性表达研究。

1995-1997 美国斯坦福大学医学院资深博士后,从事细胞凋亡分子生物学研究。

1998-2002 美国CA公司(Computer Associates)资深咨询顾问(Senior Consultant),从事企业高科技战略咨询。

2002-2004 美国博昇生物技术公司(BioSun Technologies)技术总监,从事微流体生物芯片及纳米药物研究及产品开发。

2004– 现在中国科学技术大学“百人计划”教授,博士生导师,从事药物输送及纳米生物医学研究及教学。

学术奖项与活动

获得91年度新加坡“李光耀博士后奖” (Lee Kwan Yew Postdoctoral Fellowship)。

2004年中科院“百人计划”特聘教授。

透皮增强肽的工作入选了2006年度“中国基础研究十大新闻”。

研究方向

纳米材料特殊生物学功能:探索富勒烯及其衍生物、金属氧化物纳米颗粒、碳纳米管及其它纳米材料引发细胞自噬的效应并研究其分子机制;

药物替代输运(Alternative Drug Delivery)的生物技术:将分子生物学的技术应用于药物替代输运研究,发展出透皮、鼻脑靶向以及其它药物替代输运的新方法及新技术;

纳米药物研发。
