教育背景:

1975-1978年,遵义医学院医学系毕业。

1979-1982年,北京第二医学院/北京医学院硕士研究生毕业,医学硕士(生物化学)

1987-1993年,美国纽约市立大学研究生院生化系,Ph.D.(生物化学)学位。

 

主要工作经历:

19789-19798月,遵义医学院生化系,助教。

19829-19878月,北京市肿瘤防治研究所(北京医科大学肿瘤研究所)研究助理/助研。

19934-199512月,美国加州大学旧金山分校(UCSF),博士后。

1996年元月-至今:中国科学院上海生化所/中国科学院上海生科院生化细胞所,研究员/研究组长。

 

研究方向:

1).细胞转分化与细胞生死的调控机理:细胞转分化及凋亡命运决定中的信号转导及其调控,包括细胞的上皮向间质转变(EMT)及其逆转(MET)可塑性在其中的作用以及EMT在纤维化疾病和肿瘤生长转移中的作用问题。

2).肿瘤生长与转移的调控机理:肺癌和乳腺癌细胞生长和转移的信号调节机理及其与TGF-信号、EMTMET的关联。
