研究方向

主要研究在细胞增殖与分化的过程中,细胞膜结构以及细胞膜受体信号的调控作用。1)细胞膜纤毛在IGF-1受体信号转导中的作用,以及在视网膜杆细胞感光信号中的作用;2)细胞膜脂质微区在细胞膜受体信号转导中的作用,以及脂质微区蛋白质cavin-1的功能机制;3)细胞有丝分裂的细胞质分裂时的细胞膜与细胞微丝动态相互作用形成细胞膜分隔的调控机制。

主持课题

国家自然科学基金委面上项目,质膜微囊蛋白质Cavin-1的细胞膜与细胞核双重定位的结构基础以及功能(2014/1/12017/12/31),负责人。
