1. 化学生物学,研究包括糖蛋白所含的唾液酸的功能,IgG

2. 化学或酶催化法引入非天然唾液酸到蛋白上改善其生物活性;

3. 酶催化法合成含有唾液酸的小分子或纳米材料探针把小分子药物或蛋白质运载到特定的细胞内。
